Arizona Among Worst States for Dog Fighting and Bait Dogs

Arizona has gained a troubling reputation as one of the worst states for illegal dog fighting and the use of bait dogs. Criminals involved in dog fighting use them to train their fighting dogs, subjecting the animals to horrific abuse.
